  • Latvia: 3–4 business days
  • Lithuania: 4–5 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available for orders over €69.
  • For orders under €69, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Our return and warranty policies comply with the European Union regulations.

Return Policy
You have a 14-day right to return your order, starting from the day you receive it.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email info@nordensleep.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
  • Products must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, used or tested products cannot be returned unless they are defective or faulty.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return request and returned items.
  • Shipping costs for the original delivery will also be refunded if applicable.
